Job summary

Volunteers of America Eastern Washington & Northern Idaho operates an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinic and seeks a Mental Health Clinician to deliver trauma-informed behavioral health services for co-occurring disorders. This full-time role offers a clinic setting with dedicated space for assessment, therapy, and treatment planning in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assessments, evidence-based therapy, care coordination, risk assessments, and safety

Qualifications

• Active Washington State LMHC or LICSW license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience after licensure.
• Experience with diverse populations and co-occurring needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Deliver CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT, and DBT-informed care.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment, and respond to crises with risk assessments.
• Coordinate higher levels of care and safety planning with the team.
