Integrated ARMHS Practitioner - Twin Cities

Position Overview

People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a full-time Mental Health Practitioner I or II to join our Integrated ARMHS team. This team provides direct mental health services that are rehabilitative, aiming to help clients develop psychiatric stability, social skills, emotional adjustment, and independent living abilities impaired by mental illness.

The team offers Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services to clients across outpatient clinics, targeted case management, outreach, and transition services for residents in IRTS programs, emphasizing integrated care within our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model.

Schedule & Location

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, daytime hours with some remote work options.

Locations: Hennepin & Ramsey Counties

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $22.00 - $26.14, based on experience. External candidates are eligible for a $1,000 hiring bonus.

Main Job Duties
  • Engage clients using person-centered principles, supporting their recovery and goals.
  • Conduct individual and group interventions addressing clients' needs.
  • Gather information for assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
  • Document all interactions in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
  • Coordinate services with other providers to meet clients' multiple needs.
Qualifications

General Requirements: Background checks, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass federal screening.

Specific Qualifications: Vary by level (I or II), including education, supervised experience, and language skills relevant to client population.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Enrollment or completion of a master's program in behavioral sciences.
  • Experience in mental health services and supervised hours.
