Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. seeks an Intapp Applications Administrator to own the full Intapp suite, ensuring stability, security, and continuous improvement. The role partners with New Business Intake, Conflicts, and Legal Operations to migrate on-premise systems to Intapp Cloud.

The candidate will manage day-to-day support, upgrades, and integration health, working with IT and legal teams across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise applications, preferably in a large law firm.
• 3+ years hands-on admin/config with Intapp Open, Conflicts, Walls, Terms and Integration Builder.
• SQL and T-SQL programming experience.
• Experience with Intapp Integration Builder or Boomi integration platform.
• Experience administering NetDocs or similar document management solutions.
• Experience with Intapp Time, Aderant, Billstream is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm’s technical owner for the full Intapp suite (Open, Conflicts, Walls, Terms, Integration Builder).
• Administer day-to-day support: troubleshoot issues, manage users/roles, monitor health, configure settings.
• Manage upgrades/patches per Intapp release schedule via change control process.
• Maintain server architecture design and support documentation.
• Oversee integration health between Intapp and adjacent systems (AD, HR, DMS, etc.).
• Help build and maintain workflows, forms, and datasets in Intapp Open.
• Build and maintain SQL-based queries and reports for New Business Intake.
• Act as liaison with outside vendors for current/future projects.
