Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an Intapp Applications Administrator to own the full Intapp suite, manage day-to-day operations, security, and platform improvements.

The role partners with New Business Intake, Conflicts, and Legal Operations to ensure a stable, secure environment and to migrate on-premises to Intapp cloud. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years with enterprise apps, hands-on Intapp experience, SQL skills, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise applications, ideally in a large law firm.
• Hands-on administration and configuration with Intapp Open, Conflicts, Walls, Terms, and Integration Builder.
• Experience with SQL and T-SQL programming.
• Experience with Intapp Integration Builder or comparable platform such as Boomi.
• Experience administering document management solutions such as NetDocs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm’s primary technical owner for the full Intapp suite (Open, Conflicts, Walls, Terms, Integration Builder).
• Administer day-to-day support: troubleshoot issues, user/role management, system health monitoring, configuration.
• Manage upgrades and patches per Intapp release schedule within change control processes.
• Maintain current server architecture design and support documentation.
• Oversee integration health between Intapp and other systems (Aderant, HR, DMS, AD).
• Help build and maintain workflows, forms, and datasets in Intapp Open.

Job Summary

The Intapp Applications Administrator will serve as the owner and subject matter expert for all of our Intapp applications. They will work to effectively manage the day to day, security, and business support of the full Intapp suite – including Intapp Open, Conflicts, Walls, Terms, and Integration Builder. Additionally, the individual will partner closely with the New Business Intake, Conflicts, and Legal Operations teams to deliver a stable, secure, and continuously improving platform. This position will also help lead the firm’s migration of it’s on-premise environment to Intapp’s cloud platform.

Qualifications/Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise applications, preferably in a large law firm
• 3+ years of hands‑on administration and configuration experience with Intapp Open, Conflicts, Walls, Terms, and Integration Builder
• Experience with SQL and T‑SQL programming.
• Demonstrated experience with Intapp Integration Builder or comparable integration platform such as Boomi
• Experience administrating document management solutions such as NetDocs
• Experience with Intapp Time, Aderant, Billstream a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to successfully engage in multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm’s primary technical owner for the full Intapp suite, including Intapp Open, Conflicts, Walls, Terms, and Integration Builder
• Administer the day‑to‑day support: troubleshoot issues, user/role management, system health monitoring, configuration
• Manage and execute upgrades and patches in alignment with Intapp’s release schedule through the firm’s change control management process
• Maintain and update the current server architecture design and support documentation
• Oversee integration health between Intapp and other adjacent systems including Aderant, HR, document management, Active Directory, etc.
• Help build and maintain workflows, forms, and datasets within Intapp Open
• Build and maintain SQL‑based queries and reports to support the New Business Intake team
• Act as the liaison with outside vendors with current and future projects

Salary and Benefits

For New York City, San Francisco, Irvine CA, Los Angeles CA, Washington DC area, the expected salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $175,250. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

For White Plains NY area, Illinois and Washington State, the expected salary range for this position is between $144,000 and $168,000. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
