Job summary

Addiction Recovery Care, LLC is seeking a Client Transportation Specialist to support access to treatment by transporting clients to ARC centers across the network. You will ensure safe, timely pickups and document route information while maintaining compliance with all safety procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to travel, excellent communication, and the capacity to work as part of a team.

General

This position will reduce access to treatment barriers by serving client needs in regards to transporting them to treatment. This Client Transportation Specialist position will involve the transportation of clientsto treatment centers throughout the ARC network.

Duties

• This position will assist with day to day operations and help to serveclient needs byproviding transportation to treatment
• Responsible for the safe and timely transportation of clients, supplies, reports, equipment andmaterials to the appropriate destination.
• Ensure route is started with proper equipment tools. i.e., route logs, cell phone, keys, etc.
• Follow route as scheduled while allowing for potential stops and various pickups.
• Ensure personal safety and the safety of others at all times.
• Job is to be conducted within thelimits of the law and all best-practice safety procedures.
• Follow all documentation requirements
• Keep route information, sequencing and all documentation up to date.
• Attendance and punctuality to daily job tasks, meetings and training sessions.
• Meet all training requirements in a timely manner as assigned.
• Properly care for and maintain company equipment including scanners, telephones, vehiclesetc.
• Communicate any deficiencies with equipment to supervisor
• Performs other duties assigned.
