Hospital for Behavioral Medicine in Worcester, MA is seeking an Intake Technician for days. This role supports receiving, scheduling and referring inquiry calls, coordinating assessments, and initiating intake paperwork and insurance verification to ensure a smooth admission process.
You will work with clinicians and the Case Manager to arrange admissions, obtain records, process releases, and maintain statistics while supporting the patient’s transition into care.

The Intake Technician is responsible for assisting in the process of receiving, scheduling and/or referring inquiry calls. Assist the A&R Clinicians, Coordinators and Director with coordinating assessments, initiating Intake paperwork and insurance information. Work to ensure smooth transition into the admission process. Assist in monitoring to assure the safety of the patient.
