Job Title: Intake Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote

Compensation: $18 per hour

Gomez Law, APC is a fast-growing real estate law firm located in the heart of Koreatown, Los Angeles. We are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services with a client-first approach. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team.


Position Overview

The Intake Specialist plays a key role in welcoming potential clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This individual will be the first point of contact for new inquiries, responsible for gathering critical information and scheduling consultations. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to providing excellent client service, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities

  1. Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and web inquiries from potential clients.
  2. Gather and input essential client information into our case management system (e.g., Clio).
  3. Pre-screen clients to assess legal service needs and eligibility.
  4. Schedule consultations and follow up with clients to confirm appointments.
  5. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a seamless handoff of client information.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure compliance with intake procedures.

Qualifications

  1. Previous experience in a legal or customer service role is a plus.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. High level of organization and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Clio) or willingness to learn.
  6. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
