Position Overview:
The Intake Specialist plays a key role in welcoming potential clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This individual will be the first point of contact for new inquiries, responsible for gathering critical information and scheduling consultations. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and web inquiries from potential clients.
- Gather and input essential client information into our case management system (e.g., Clio).
- Pre-screen clients to assess legal service needs and eligibility.
- Schedule consultations and follow up with clients to confirm appointments.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a seamless handoff of client information.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure compliance with intake procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a legal or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Clio) or willingness to learn.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
