Position: Intake Specialist

Location: Denver, CO

Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Pay Range: $23.00/hr (plus commissions)

Schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Mountain Time

Job Overview

The Intake Specialist conducts initial consultations with clients to assess their needs and determine the best legal services for their situation. This role involves gathering client information, explaining service options, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process to support firm revenue and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Learn and research case types based on attorney guidelines.
  2. Conduct interviews to gather client information and initiate case types.
  3. Build rapport with clients using empathetic communication and sales scripts.
  4. Review and explain case pricing and payment options, involving managers as needed.
  5. Educate clients on benefits and assist in converting leads into clients.
  6. Follow up with potential clients to clarify information and encourage engagement.
  7. Schedule and confirm sign-up appointments based on client payments.
  8. Send contracts following client payments.
  9. Participate in weekly legal training sessions.
  10. Maintain excellent bilingual communication skills.
  11. Provide high-quality customer service and sales support.
  12. Manage deadlines and organize tasks efficiently.
  13. Apply problem-solving skills to client interactions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
