Johnson Barrow is a growing HVAC reps firm in the Pacific Northwest, delivering premium equipment and consultative services. We seek an organized coordinator for post-sale support and order processing.

You will handle order entry, coordinate with suppliers, and identify ways to improve service delivery for commercial HVAC projects while learning new strategies.

Job Description

This position's primary responsibilities include administrative and customer service duties associated with commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) project coordination. This person will receive and process orders, proactively identify opportunities to improve our service and make recommendations accordingly. They are responsible for resolving product availability and order status issues and performing all related administrative duties related to the post-sale coordination for commercial HVAC product delivery. Success in this position is determined by a willingness to learn and implement new strategies.

Compensation: $28-30/hour plus bonus incentives
