A mental health services provider seeks an Intake Specialist to manage the intake and patient admission process remotely after initial training. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, have strong organizational skills, and experience in customer service. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19 - $23 and includes benefits such as medical, dental, and generous PTO.
Weekly outpatient therapy isn't always enough, and a trip to the ER isn't the only answer. CompassHealth Center provides crisis-level mental health support for depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles to help patients live freely.
About This Role
As an Intake Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in the intake and patient admission process. If you are passionate about providing patients with exemplary care while being sensitive to their individual psychiatric condition, you would be a great addition to our team.

Training and Hours
Training Schedule: This position is remote but requires onsite training for up to 4 weeks at our Northbrook facility.
Hours/Schedule: Sunday - Thursday; Sunday 12:30pm - 8:30pm CT, Monday - Thursday 1:30pm - 9:30pm CT.
