NextLaw is seeking an Intake Specialist to help manage client onboarding by converting qualified leads into clients. This on-site role works with the Operations and Intake Directors.

You will use Lead Docket and FileVine to handle intake and data entry, coordinate with attorneys and staff, and strive to deliver exceptional client experiences. Spanish bilingualism is a big plus.

DOE with base plus incentives; benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid parking, and a robust PTO program.

Role Overview

NextLaw is searching for a uniquely qualified INTAKE SPECIALIST to help catapult our new client onboarding experience by converting a growing inflow of qualified leads into new clients.

Key Responsibilities

Working under supervision of our Operations Director and in support of our Intake Director, our Intake Specialist communicates directly with Potential New Clients (PNCs), connecting with them on case details, acting as the “closer” in many cases, and playing a key role in client onboarding, forms, and data entry. They will utilize Lead Docket and FileVine, our CRM intake and case management platforms, from initial contact through client conversion, working with attorneys and support staff to ensure a client experience that exceeds expectations.

Requirements

Prior experience in Sales, Intake and/or working in a law firm is a plus. Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a big plus. An “A-player” level candidate will have most of the above and be able to demonstrate prior success contributing to the growth of one or more prior employers. Position is full time (hourly) and on site, with possible hybrid arrangement after determining fit.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual compensation ranges from $48k to $64k (base plus incentives) DOE. Benefits include immediate matching 401(k), Health/Vision/Dental insurance, paid parking, and a highly competitive PTO program.
