Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Complete all duties related to the acceptance of referrals within the UC portal system.
  • Evaluate Post Release Services case referrals and categorize them based on established parameters.
  • Coordinate with Regional Coordinators, Supervisors, and Case Managers regarding case intake capacity.
  • Perform data entry in the employer’s ETO database.
  • Assist in developing and facilitating training related to the intake process.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Assist in the development and facilitation of training related to the intake process
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in human services

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools for data entry and research
