Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a compassionate Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will help explain options, gather information, and set the tone for a supportive client experience across remote or in-office settings in Wisconsin.

Ideal candidates have prior legal intake experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a client-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in legal intake or a similar role is required.
• Prior experience in Personal Injury intake is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.

• Confidence and professionalism while maintaining a client-first approach.

Work Location & Hours

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Work Arrangement: Remote or In-Office
  • Ideally, the selected candidate will work primarily on-site in one of our Wisconsin offices. However, we are open to a fully remote arrangement for the right candidate.
