Dimopoulos Law Firm in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Full-Time Intake Specialist for our fast-paced PI practice. You will conduct intake consultations, collect client information, and route cases to the attorney while ensuring accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate has PI intake experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with legal case management software. Weekend availability and English/Spanish bilingualism are a plus in our energetic, growth-minded team.

Qualifications

• Must have previous intake experience in a Personal Injury firm.
• Sales and customer service background preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake consultations with potential PI clients.
• Collect and verify client information and documentations in the case management system.
• Route cases to the appropriate attorney and act as primary contact for clients and staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely intake records in the firm's system.
