Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate admissions and assessment processes for incoming patients.
• Provide initial evaluation and initiate the integrated assessment with documentation.
• Coordinate with facility staff to ensure appropriate admissions and levels of care.
• Verify insurance and assist with pre-certifications during high-volume periods.
• Maintain accurate admission documentation and communicate with treatment teams.
• May administer medications under physician supervision and monitor Lab results.
