Job summary

A healthcare facility is seeking a dynamic Intake Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate assessments of incoming patients and manage the admission process. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with current Texas licensure. Qualifications

• Must possess current Texas State Registered Nurse licensure.
• CPR and hospital de-escalation certifications required.
• Preferred: Two years of inpatient psychiatric and/or medical/surgical experience.
