Job summary

KabaFusion in the United States is seeking an Intake Representative to process referrals and enroll patients in service. You will work with commercial, private and government insurances for therapies such as TPN, IV antibiotics, and inotropic medications, coordinating with other departments to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

The role requires a high school diploma, knowledge of HCPC, ICD-10 and CPT codes, and at least two years of intake experience with eligibility and authorization.

About The Role

As an Intake Representatives at KabaFusion, you are responsible for processing referrals and getting patients on service. This will include commercial, private and government insurances for patients receiving acute therapies; consisting of TPN (total parenteral nutrition), IV Antibiotics, and inotropic medications. You will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure we are providing an exceptional level of patient care with each interaction.

As An Intake Coordinator, You Bring
