Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking an Intake Representative in Centennial, CO to process referrals, enroll patients on service, and coordinate with commercial, private and government insurances for chronic therapies such as IVIg or SCIg. You will work with other departments to deliver exceptional patient care.

The role requires attention to data gathering, insurance verification, start of care paperwork, and communicating with patients about financial obligations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HCPCS, ICD-10 and CPT codes.
• At least 2 years of intake experience including eligibility and authorization.
• Gathers relevant data from referral sources and completes intake paperwork.

About the role:

As an Intake Representative at KabaFusion, you are responsible for processing referrals and getting patients on service. This will include commercial, private and government insurances for patients receiving chronic therapies; primarily IVIg (Intravenous Immunoglobulin) or SCIg (Subcutaneous Immunoglobulin). You will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure we are providing an exceptional level of patient care with each interaction.

As an Intake Coordinator, you bring:
