Job summary

Land O'Lakes Kiel, Wisconsin is seeking a Production Operator (Intake Relief) to safely receive incoming milk loads, run screening tests, and move milk to manufacturing.

This front-line role requires basic computer skills, the ability to follow SOPs, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes $27.55 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential, plus a $2,500 hiring bonus, with variable weekend and holiday hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6+ months of work experience in any industry.
• Ability to follow manufacturer's specifications and directions.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming milk loads and perform screening tests.
• Transfer milk to manufacturing and prepare milk for shipment to outside sales.
• Wash and sanitize milk trucks, holding tanks and receiving lines.
• Maintain paperwork and documentation for these tasks.
• Work with drivers to ensure SOPs are followed and equipment is cleaned.
