Endeavors Inc. is seeking an Intake Coordinator/Outreach Specialist in New York to support the CBP Workforce Wellness Program. You will coordinate community outreach, foster partnerships, and engage participants, serving as a key program representative to promote services and access to wellness resources.
You will plan outreach events, manage referrals, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with the Program Manager to monitor engagement outcomes and ensure timely reporting.
Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Intake Coordinator/Outreach Specialist supports the success of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Workforce Wellness Program by coordinating community outreach, fostering strategic partnerships, and facilitating participant engagement. This role serves as a key representative of the program, promoting available services, increasing program awareness, and supporting outreach initiatives that enhance access to wellness resources for CBP employees and their family members.

The position plays an integral role in planning and supporting outreach events, educational activities, and community engagement opportunities that strengthen program visibility and encourage participation.
Through exceptional customer service, professional relationship-building, and effective communication, this role contributes to the overall mission, growth, and reputation of the Workforce Wellness Program while ensuring participants receive a welcoming and supportive experience
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at the employer’s sole discretion. Works business hours but the position requires support before and after workday and weekends as assigned.
Driver’s License must be valid and must be able to successfully pass a government background investigation.
Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.
Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates. Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of themselves or others.
