Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily referrals to guarantee timely patient admission.
• Answer calls promptly and courteously; transcribe and verify medical/insurance data.
• Coordinate with insurance verification and physician orders to authorize visits.
• Create and manage intake schedules and training for staff; report to Nursing leadership.
