What Role Will You Play?

Assessment Counselors

assess the needs of callers and patients in our busy 24/7 Intake Department. You will be working with patients who are presenting with mental health or addictive disease treatment needs and will be responsible for ensuring they receive the appropriate level of care which may include a hospital admission or referral to a community service/resource.

Assessment Counselors are responsible for completing the following duties:
