Legacy Home Health Agency, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Intake Coordinator to join our team in Corpus Christi, TX.

You will assist in coordinating in-home provider care for clients through PAS and PHC programs, processing referrals, verifying eligibility, and communicating with partners. In this role, you’ll handle high-volume calls, support documentation with patients and caregivers, and collaborate with doctors, caseworkers, and 1-1/Maximus and MCOs to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with insurance verification, medical records, or patient financial services.
• Understanding of managed care organizations.
• Previous professional work experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume calls and multitask.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, doctors, and caseworkers.
• Receive incoming referrals and verify eligibility for services.
• Support communication with 2-1-1, Maximus, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs).
• Assist with home visits and help clients feel comfortable with required documentation.
• Manage high call volumes and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
