The Edinburg Center seeks an Intake Coordinator and Administrator in Bedford, MA. This in-person role supports referral sources, waitlists, and initial screenings, coordinating with clinicians and billing to ensure seamless intake processes.
Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills are essential, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. EHR experience (Evolv), MABHAccess, and MassHealth familiarity are highly valued.

The Intake Coordinator will have a BA/BS; Excellent organizational, customer service skills and communication skills. The Intake Coordinator will be proficient using computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
The Intake Coordinator will have experience with Electronic Health Records with the ability to utilize Evolv for Intake and all reports, MABHAccess and all Masshealth Websites for referral tracking.
