  • Hours: 8am - 1pm EST, Mon-Thurs
  • Pay: $18-$22/hr

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to serve as a critical first point of contact for our families. In this role, you will connect with inbound leads, gather necessary documentation, and ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for new clients. You\'ll advocate for families while collaborating with internal teams to deliver the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with, qualify, and collect all required documentation from inbound leads.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support a seamless client onboarding experience.
  • Communicate consistently with internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate client needs.
  • Handle client calls with empathy and professionalism, listening attentively and providing appropriate guidance.
  • Ensure every interaction reflects Flywheel\'s core values of respect, honesty, and commitment to clinical excellence.
  • Support quality assurance efforts by reviewing therapy documentation for compliance and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to team success.
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as requested.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on client satisfaction and quality assurance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
