Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking an Intake and Eligibility Caseworker to support Aging and Disability Services. The role requires evaluating referrals, meeting with individuals and families, and documenting eligibility information in the Evergreen system.
Travel across Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Knox and Waldo counties is routine. You will provide outreach on intake processes, conduct group presentations, and may handle a small amount of state case management.
