Sierra Meadows and Ascend Behavioral Health are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Intake Clinician to join our dynamic team. This position plays a key role in setting the clinical foundation for both adolescents and adults entering treatment.

Our portfolio includes the following companies: Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health, providing behavioral healthcare for adults through our 12-bed inpatient program & robust outpatient programs; Ascend Behavioral Health, where we offer a 6-bed inpatient program as well as a high quality outpatient mental healthcare for adolescents; Sierra Meadows & Ascend Psychiatry, providing long-term outpatient psychiatric care; Touchstone Recovery Center, a thriving outpatient substance abuse program for adults and adolescents; Oasis Eating Disorders Recovery meeting the outpatient treatment needs of patients struggling with eating disorder diagnoses; and Sierra Meadows Foundation, our not-for-profit free counseling center and training facility. Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments (adults and adolescents)
• Deliver high-impact diagnostic work that informs treatment planning
• Collaborate closely with our admissions and clinical teams
• Write clear, accurate diagnostic reports and assessments
• Serve as the first point of clinical contact for new clients
  
  

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
• Licensed or license-eligible (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or equivalent)
• Strong diagnostic skills and confidence in clinical decision-making
• Experience with DSM-5 criteria and diagnostic formulation
• Enjoyment of focused, data-driven clinical work
• Passion for helping clients take their first step toward healing
