Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with or supplemented by 12 college credits in sociology/related social sciences.

Responsibilities

• Intake Screening: Receive, document, and process referrals through phone, walk-in, and electronic systems.
• Information Verification: Confirm demographics, conduct collateral contacts, and monitor alerts.
• Case Assessment: Interview clients, gather histories, and evaluate needs to determine eligibility.
• Service Coordination: Make referrals, support plans for child well-being, and provide protective services.
• Record Preparation: Create case documentation, reports, and home studies; maintain records.
• Court and Meetings: Attend court sessions, provide testimony, and participate in staff meetings.
