Job Description

The Brook – KMI is a 98-bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, extended care, residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient services for adolescents, adults, and seniors.

Our specialized treatment services are provided by a multidisciplinary team of highly trained psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, addiction counselors, nurses, pastoral counselors, and activity therapists.

Evaluation & Referral Coordinator / Admissions Clerk
  • Answer all incoming intake calls and provide appropriate resolution.
  • Perform clerical duties and data entry.
  • Complete admission paperwork, including data entry; conduct patient safety rounding and follow-up calls for missed appointments.
  • This position requires working with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with hospital units, business office, medical staff, medical records, utilization review, marketing, nursing, and data processing teams.
