This role is ideal for a bilingual Spanish speaker with prior intake, legal, or plaintiff-side experience who is eager to learn, lead, and grow in a litigation-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking justice in employment and labor matters

• Manage and mentor a team of 3 intake specialists, ensuring high-quality lead conversion and client engagement

• Evaluate potential cases and steer them through the intake pipeline

• Collaborate directly with our intake lead and transition into a vital leadership role within the department

• Establish best practices for intake efficiency and case assessment

• Gain deep exposure to the litigation process with future growth into other areas of the firm

Bilingual in Spanish - essential for connecting with our client base

Interest in Labor & Employment law - intake experience or barred attorneys (even entry-level) are encouraged to apply

Leadership readiness - this role will be replacing our current acting Head of Intake, offering mentorship and hands-on learning with a direct path for advancement

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time, 40 hours/week with some optional overtime
