• Strong legal judgment and issue-spotting ability.

• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective family law clients via phone, video, and in person.
• Quickly assess legal issues, personalities, and goals of each matter.
• Identify case needs and appropriate next steps using litigation experience.
• Build trust and rapport with prospective clients.
• Explain the firm's approach, attorneys, retainers, and engagement process.
• Match clients with the right litigator based on complexity and strategy.
• Coordinate strategic consultations with firm litigators when appropriate.
• Follow up with qualified prospective clients and guide them through retention.
• Ensure a seamless handoff to the litigation team.
• Deliver a five-star client experience from the first interaction.
