Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.

The annual salary range for this position is $47,609.67to$71,675.95 based on relevant experience, education, and/or licensure.


Essential Functions:

Performs indicated screenings, assessments, and diagnoses on individuals seeking services.

Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of referred people, families, and communities.

Provides direct linkage to local and telehealth services that are practical, helpful, and collaborative.

Maintains advanced knowledge of ISBH programming, processes, and systems including program requirements and eligibility.

Meets people wherever they may be with support for self-management of health and wellbeing.

Regularly utilizes data analytics and reportingto manage program referrals

Carries out utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.

Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team andprogram planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of communityresources.

Meets billing productivity requirements as established by ISBH

Facilitates the execution of agency agreements, consents, and other required client documents.

Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in social work or master's degree in counseling required.

LSW/LPC required, LISW/LPCC/PhD/IMFT preferred.

Ability to become CANS certified and renew annually thereafter

Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness.

Willingness to train and learn to competently assess individuals across the lifespan with a variety of needs

Experience with multi-need individuals and families.

Broad knowledge of community service systems.

Licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle with appropriate level of insurance coverage.

Demonstrate the ability to collaborate across programs for excellent care delivery.

Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression

Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems

  • Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
