Job summary

Personalized Nursing LIGHT House is a premier behavioral health care provider serving adults with 34 years of addiction treatment. The Intake Coordinator in Madison Heights must have a Bachelor’s in Human Services (Social Work, Psychology or related field), with a Master’s preferred; SUD experience is a plus.

You will support admissions, assessments, scheduling, and orientation under site leadership. Work hours are full-time Tuesday-Saturday, typically 10am-6:30pm, with flexible Saturday hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Human Services required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with substance use disorders advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, schedule, and orient admissions for new clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
• Coordinate transfers between levels of care and manage intakes.
• Communicate with referral sources and team members promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and program standards.
