Job summary

Webster Cantrell Youth Advocacy in Decatur, IL is hiring an Intact Case Manager to support family stabilization through service plans, home visits, and collaboration with schools.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in social work (MSW preferred), experience in child welfare, and the ability to work independently in a community-based setting. We offer a collaborative team, professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in child welfare or family services preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement service plans to support family stabilization.
• Conduct weekly home visits and outreach activities.
• Facilitate healthy interpersonal relationships within families.
• Advocate for clients and assist with school adjustment and permanency planning.
• Attend and participate in multi-disciplinary staffings and court hearings.
• Maintain accurate and timely case records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with community agencies to ensure wraparound services.
• Participate in training, seminars, and professional development.

What You\'ll Do:

What We\'re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (Master of Social Work or equivalent preferred)
• Experience: Professional experience in child welfare or family services preferred

• Successfully obtain Intact Specialty Certification
• Valid Illinois\'s driver's license and proof of required auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with home-based services and on-call duties
