What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior customer service skills, with a friendly and efficient demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, including Outlook, Teams, and Word
- Strong organization and time management skills, with attention to detail
