A leading provider of business and technology services is seeking a Member Experience Representative in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves handling inquiries related to coverage and claims, requiring proficiency in Medicare or Group/Marketplace. *Description:*
* The Member Experience Representative primarily handles inquiries from providers, members, customers, or brokers regarding coverage, claim status, benefit interpretation, billing, and authorizations via phone or email.
* Proficient in one line of business, either Medicare or Group/Marketplace, translating healthcare jargon into clear communication.
* Document interaction details in the database, including follow-up actions.
* Demonstrate commitment aligned with the mission, values, and vision of Network Health.
* Apply organizational, regulatory, and credentialing principles, procedures, requirements, and policies appropriately.
* Answer incoming calls efficiently, adhering to departmental metrics and standards.
* Probe during calls to identify specifics for first call resolution.
* Follow up on unresolved issues and escalate as necessary.

*Training:*
* Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, for 6-8 weeks

* Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm or 9am to 5:30pm

* Remote in Wisconsin
*Pay Range:*
* $19.00/hr
