Sage Dental Management in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Verification Coordinator to support the verification, plan build, and linking of insurances for all appointments in the market.

This on-site role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork within our Support Center, with opportunities for training and professional development while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical and/or dental insurance verification.
• Ideal candidate will have worked in a dental or medical office.
• Experience with dental or medical software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• High volume new patient insurance verifications for PPO.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to retain specific avenues and verification methods.
• Maintain a well-organized system of operation with appropriate team members.
• Ability to communicate and document all issues and resolutions effectively.

Overview

Our Dental Insurance Verification Coordinators provide support in the verification, plan build, and proper linking of insurances for all appointments scheduled in a specified market. This is not a remote position - it is based at our Support Center in beautiful Boca Raton, FL.
