Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced dental office handling insurance (HMO/PPO).
• Strong ability to present treatment options clearly to patients.
• Proficient in using dental software and patient communication.
• Required bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
