What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)


  • Answer questions from customers, clerical staff, insurance companies, and physician offices

  • Make outbound calls to obtain appropriate documentation for reimbursement of orders shipped

  • Utilize resources to identify and resolve customer issues or reimbursement discrepancies

  • Verify customer benefits via phone, fax, and web portal

  • Document activities in the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner


What is Required (Qualifications)


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance HCPCS/ICD-10 codes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to navigate multiple platforms and working knowledge of MS Office

  • Relative reimbursement and/or billing and collections experience

  • Strong analytical and time management skills

  • Ability to learn about products and therapies quickly
