Job summary

Universal Health Services seeks an entry-level Benefits Verifier to verify benefits for hospital patients in our Las Vegas network. You will handle clerical tasks related to health insurance, requiring basic computer skills and patient-record accuracy.

Candidates should have at least a High School diploma and 6 months to 1 year of health insurance clerical experience. Knowledge of patient accounting systems is a plus, and you must serve patients across age groups.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent preferred.
• Six months to one year experience in clerical work related to health insurance or health administration.
• Computer proficiency to include word processing and patient accounting system.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient.
