The role requires a bachelor''s degree in finance/insurance, at least two years in underwriting, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel.

You will collaborate with colleagues, stay current with regulations, and contribute to underwriting strategies while delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of insurance underwriting experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate insurance applications to determine risks and coverage eligibility.
• Review and analyze policyholder information to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with underwriting staff to make informed decisions regarding insurance applications.
• Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of insurance policies and claims.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in insurance underwriting.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of underwriting strategies and processes.
