We’re building a high‑caliber panel of Insurance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to evaluate and train AI models used across core insurance workflows.

You’ll be working on cutting‑edge AI projects that touch underwriting, claims, pricing, product design, and risk assessment for leading global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated reasoning for:
  • Claims assessment and adjudication
  • Risk evaluation and pricing logic
  • Policy terms, endorsements, and exclusions
• Annotate and review datasets related to:
  • Policy review and approval workflows
  • Risk scoring and segmentation
  • Product development and pricing strategies
  • Compliance and regulatory checks
• Validate AI outputs across:
  • P&C, Health, Life, and Specialty lines
  • Claims triage, fraud flags, loss estimation, and coverage decisions
• Provide structured feedback to improve:
  • Model safety and robustness
  • Domain accuracy and consistency
  • Real‑world applicability in insurance operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Claims processing / claims operations
  • Insurance operations or policy administration
  • Strong understanding of core insurance KPIs, such as:
    • Premiums, reserves, exposures
    • Frequency & severity trends
    • Policy lifecycle and retention metrics
  • Experience working with platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Applied Epic, Salesforce, or similar insurance systems is a plus.
• Location: Remote (must be legally eligible to work from your current country; US‑based strongly preferred for this phase)
