Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outbound telemarketing or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to obtain insurance licensing; basic computer skills and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce insurance products and services.
• Engage prospects in conversations to assess needs and provide information about offerings.
• Schedule appointments for the team to discuss policies and provide quotes.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update client information in the database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly goals.
