Ella Young Select Quote Agent is seeking a dynamic Telemarketer in Naples, FL to expand our client base and promote insurance products through outbound calls. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to gain valuable industry experience.

The position includes WFH options after 6 months, license reimbursement, advancement opportunities, paid time off, training, and a performance-based bonus. A competitive salary is provided as part of a full-time arrangement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce insurance products and services.
• Engage prospects in conversations to assess needs and provide information.
• Schedule appointments for quotes and policy discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update client information in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly goals.
