Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams, deliver consulting services, and develop business with clients in life insurance, group benefits, and retirement solutions.

The role focuses on insurance architecture transformation, modern platform ecosystems, cloud technologies, data migration and enterprise modernization initiatives, with exposure across product development, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and claims.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of solution architectures for Life & Group Insurance transformation initiatives.
• Develop architecture artifacts, solution designs, and technical specifications across policy administration, underwriting, claims, servicing, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
• Contribute to target-state architecture roadmaps and modernization strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and support solution option assessments, including technology recommendations and trade-off analyses.
• Assist with integration architecture efforts, including APIs, middleware, cloud services, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Support data architecture activities, including data migration, reporting, analytics, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Participate in architecture governance processes, design reviews, and compliance with enterprise standards and security requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure solution designs are effectively implemented and architectural standards are maintained.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, cloud capabilities, and AI innovations, while contributing to architecture best practices, accelerators, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
