Amie Chasse - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated insurance staff member to join their team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will handle customer inquiries, educate clients on policy options, and develop leads to meet marketing goals.

The role offers salary plus commission, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the agency. A strong sales mindset and current Property & Casualty license are preferred or obtainable licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
