Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred and track record of meeting goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in risk management.

• Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews.
• Knowledge of life and health insurance products.
• Banking experience is a plus.
• Property & Casualty license currently held.
• Life & Health licenses to obtain if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across inquiries, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success daily.
