Qualifications

• Active Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Currently hold or ability to attain FINRA securities licenses (SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 or ChFC designation)
• Sales, customer service, or financial services experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
• Interested in long-term career growth, leadership opportunities, and potentially becoming a State Farm agent

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand and secure life and health insurance solutions that support their financial goals
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify protection and financial planning opportunities
• Build lasting relationships through proactive outreach, annual reviews, and exceptional customer service
• Learn the fundamentals of financial services while working toward required insurance and securities licenses
• Expand into investment and broader financial planning conversations as licensing and experience grow
• Develop sales, leadership, and business management skills through ongoing coaching and mentorship
• Maintain compliance with insurance and financial industry regulations
