Job summary

Springline Advisory in Overland Park, KS, is seeking a Tax Manager to lead the Insurance Tax Practice’s high-volume corporate tax compliance, focused on Form 1120-PC returns, coaching preparers, and coordinating across teams.

You will work with domestic and international colleagues, ensure timely delivery, provide technical guidance, and drive process improvements while developing in the PORC area. This role offers hybrid work and growth in a fast-growing firm backed by Trinity Hunt Partners.

Qualifications

• CPA or Enrolled Agent credential required.
• 8+ years of relevant tax experience preferred; flexibility considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a high-volume corporate tax compliance process, primarily Form 1120-PC returns.
• Review federal corporate tax returns and workpapers for accuracy and compliance.
• Own assigned portion of the return portfolio and coordinate workflow across the tax practice.
